Well we survived our first week. And needless to say we are tired and glad we have a 3 day weekend. Although we got off to a tough week with Aniyah going to childcare, I felt better as the week progressed. The sitter is great and I feel she really cares for Aniyah very well. I am getting picture updates all the time and I am so thankful.
I think we have gotten our new routine down and she seems to be adjusting quite nicely. Me on the other hand, I am exhausted. Hopefully I will get back into work shape soon. Next week is the last week of regular school with graduation on Thursday. I have to wear a cap and gown and announce names...YUCK! I KNOW I am going to mess up somebody's name!
This weekend I hope to finish my doctorate revisions and begin studying for the second attempt on the comp exam which is June 19. The rest of the time will be spent hanging out with Aniyah and doing a whole lot of nothing:)
