NESTING

Saturday morning I went to a breastfeeding class that started 30 minutes late, needless to say I was annoyed. Then to top it off, the class consisted of 19 pages of a powerpoint!! As an educator, I know I can be very critical of teachers but this was ridiculous. Needless to say an hour and 15 minutes after talking at us, she gave us a break. And what did Maggie do, I left!I just couldn't bare another hour and a half. It also didnt help that the carpet cleaners called and said they would be early. Back in late November I created a monthly to do list and this weekend I pretty much have everything checked off. The carpet looks great. The cats didn't appreciate their paws being wet for most of the day but they got over it.
Today I woke up totally exhibiting "nesting" at its best. I have been cleaning since 7 am and I am not finished yet. I had to move some furniture back into place and vacuumed the newly cleaned carpet. It is interesting to me how all of a sudden I am on a mission to get everything cleaned. Not that I had a messy house before but this is ridiculous. Later this evening I will spend some time studying and tomorrow will be spent calling and visiting some daycares finishing up with some studying. I am definitely glad we didnt have to make up a snow day tomorrow; I need the time to get things completed.
