Today was a busy nonstop day at school full of things I do not enjoy dealing with. Through it all I kept thinking," today is my birthday....I deserve a stress free day." Well of course that did not happen and it was so busy I did not eat all day. The highlight of my 40th birthday was eating a chocolate cupcake in one hand and rocking my daughter to sleep in the other at
8:30pm. As I ate my cupcake and stared at her, I remanisced on how my life has just flown by....Wow, I am actually 40 years old! When I was in high school, I had my whole life planned out, married by 25, 3 kids, a house and a dog...That is hilarious because my life is nothing like that....Nope, I am 40 with an 8month old and 2 cats, lol! And even more I don't think I would change a single thing in my journey...It's been an interesting ride and I look forward to more years watching my daughter grow up and one day I hope to see her turn 40!
